Suryakumar Yadav breaks Temba Bavuma’s all-time record
India’s Mr 360 has showcased an unreal consistency with the bat in the ongoing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). He has scored runs in all the matches for the Mumbai Indians (MI).
The consistent batting performances of Suryakumar have earned him several awards this season, and in the last match against the Delhi Capitals, he finally clinched his first Player of the Match award as well.
He has also played a key role in the Mumbai Indians having a successful season after a slow start and making it to the Indian Premier League 2025 playoffs.
Suryakumar continued his purple patch with the bat in the must-win match against the Punjab Kings and registered his 14 consecutive 25-plus scores in T20 cricket.
He surpassed the South Africa National Cricket Team skipper Temba Bavuma in the all-time T20 list of players with the most consecutive 25+ scores.

Suryakumar becomes the first player ever to achieve these massive feats
The sensational batting performances of the right-handed batsman have made him the first-ever player to score 25-plus runs in 14 consecutive innings in the Indian Premier League.
He is also the first batter to register 25-plus scores in all group-stage games of the Indian Premier League. The 34-year-old now holds the record for most 25-plus scores in an IPL season, surpassing Kane Williamson and Shubman Gill.
